CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay $45 for every hour of service scheduled. This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute or no notice, you prevent someone on our wait list from being able to schedule into that time slot.
