Booking Policy
At Polished Salon stylists operate their businesses independently. This means that our stylists have their own individualized selections of services that they offer. It also means that each stylist maintains their own schedule, so please contact a stylist directly to book an appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay $45 for every hour of service scheduled. This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute or no notice, you prevent someone on our waitlist from being able to schedule into that time slot. Thank you for understanding that our time is valuable.
